tr\u00e8s important ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  c\u2019est \u00e0 dire est-ce queje dois dans un premier temps perdre de la graisse puis-travailler mes abdos?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>puisque tout le monde \u00e0 des appara\u00eetre vos<br>abdominaux en un claquement de doigts si vous avez un <strong>IMC<em> (indice de masse corporel)<\/em><\/strong> \u00e9lev\u00e9 vous devez dans un  premier temps diminuer la masse graisseuse globale de votre corps ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>car si vous \u00eates en surpoids il est difficile de cibler uniquement les muscles du ventre , bien s\u00fbr il faut donc travailler les deux href=\"https:\/\/whishsports.com\/Blog\/alimentation\/\">alimentation<\/a> ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> puisque d\u00e8s que je connais mon corps cela va m&#8217;aider \u00e0 avoir plus de r\u00e9sultats en moins de temps .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et bien s\u00fbr les exercices ciblant les abdos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9part lorsqu&#8217;on a un surplus de graisse le choix des exercices est tr\u00e8s important car si vous commencez par des exercices difficiles ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> un vous risquez des blessures pouvant parfois \u00eatre grave ,sois vous allez frustrer puisque vous n&#8217;aurai pas de r\u00e9sultats alors que vous faites un effort \u00e9norme , <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>donc le mieux serai de soigner son alimentation faire des exercices de cardio qui vont cibler votre taux de graisse global et choisir au d\u00e9part des exercices adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre niveau visant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> tous les muscles du ventre et d\u00e8s que vous vous sentez apte \u00e0 passer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> vers le niveau sup\u00e9rieur vous changez d&#8217;exercices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combien de fois dois-je travailler mes abdos :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un r\u00e9sultat meilleur il faut savoir que les abdominaux sont des muscles et comme chaque muscle il a besoin de repos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> car plusieurs personne commettent l\u2019erreur de les travailler tous les jours de la semaines ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>faisant partie des points forts d&#8217;ou le corps d\u00e9gage et rassemble la force .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Sant\u00e9 <\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;un point de vue sant\u00e9,avoir une bonne sangle abdominal aide \u00e0 la protection des organes interne et la pr\u00e9vention des mal de dos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> car si vous avez une couche de graisse assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 au niveau de l&#8217;abdomen vous aurai du mal \u00e0 effectuer les t\u00e2ches du quotidien<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> faire des courses port\u00e9 un enfant ou autre des choses simple et
