conna\u00eetre votre Morphotype, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Votre type morphologique de corps, et agir toute votre vie en fonction de celui-ci.<\/strong><\/em><br>Dans les ann\u00e9es 1940,&nbsp;Sheldon a donc d\u00e9crit trois types corporels, ou Somatotypes.&nbsp; un seul morphotype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un\nm\u00e9lange entre plusieurs type de morphologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel est le but de connaitre mon Morphotype <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et  ma pratique de musculation ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si je connais mon type de corps je\npourrai aussi d\u00e9termin\u00e9 le type d&#8217;entrainement le plus efficace .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ectomorphe <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les personnes ayant une morphologie ecto il va falloir privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 les exercices Polyarticulaire le full-body est la m\u00e9thode <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>la plus efficace pour un ectomorphe,,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> il faut aussi \u00e9viter au maximum tout type de cardio avec une concentration sur la partie alimentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mesomorphe <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est la morphologie b\u00e9nite g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement sur laquelle on peux <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tester plusieurs m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;entrainement,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez effectuer du cardio ou\ndu circuit training pour r\u00e9duire ou emp\u00eacher la prise de graisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Endomorphe&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mouvements poly articulaires et le circuit training br\u00fblent beaucoup de calories, et ceci n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gligeable pour les endomorphes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner 3-5 exercices et les encha\u00eener sans temps <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>de repos puis vous reposer 2 minutes entre les circuits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Le cardio \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 est un alli\u00e9 important pour la perte de graisse.
